Description	This quest is given by Cmd. Sgt. Price. You are asked to Rendezvous with Lieutenant Perkins, who is to the north. To reach him though you must first head through a Machina controlled area. When you reach this area you must slay 15 of the Machina to update the quest. After slaying the Machina you can continue to Lieutenant Perkins and complete the quest.
